College Football 25

As the release date for College Football 25 approaches, EA Sports has unveiled new information about the game. Specifically, the publisher has shared details about the most challenging places to play.

As part of their week-long plan to reveal new details about College Football 25, EA Sports released a list of the top 25 stadiums where it will be tough for visiting teams to secure a win. The criteria used to determine this list included “historical statistics” such as home win percentage, home game attendance, active home winning streaks, and team prestige. Some of the stadiums making the final cut include Beaver Stadium at Penn State, Tiger Stadium at LSU, and Kyle Field at Texas A&M. The full list of the top 25 toughest places to play is included below.

In addition to this list of the toughest places to play, and to enhance the home-field advantage and make winning road games difficult, EA Sports has announced that the Stadium Pulse feature, which first made its debut in NCAA Football 06, will be making a comeback in College Football 25. The Stadium Pulse feature will measure crowd noise and cause distractions for the opposing team, such as screen shaking and making it harder to read plays and preview the selected play in messaging.

However, the Stadium Pulse and the list of the toughest places to play are just the beginning of what EA Sports has promised to highlight in College Football 25 as it aims to replicate the atmosphere of watching your favorite college football team play. The publisher has already confirmed 169 themes, like Penn State Whiteout, and over 200 chants, including the Florida State War Chant and the Tomahawk Chop.

The new College Football 25 game is hitting the shelves on July 19 for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. For more, check out the hands-on preview of College Football 25, where I explain why it’s more than just a copy of the Madden NFL football games.
